How we design?
Very simple! We see problem. This triggers firework of us. We assess how it is best. This process emerges as a blend of architectural and engineering. This is the process that bad property owner makes person a home owner. We don't say no to anything. We analyze in order to find absolute correct solution. This produces advantage in the next similar problem or qualified product development.
We like to try and we don't abstain. We prefer to make fault by trying instead of saying no without try. Thus this process forwards from right analysis to the right.
Project Designing
Project Designing with 3D Visuals
Nowadays, because two dimensional works are insufficient, we need to commission 3 dimensional. We make life and space alive without time. Our project approves two dimensional general projects and carries to 3rd dimension. The most important feature of our project group is to survey project well by incorporating with teamwork. After determination of general qualification, project is marketed and relevant project for each unit is drawn by our project friends. After control of project director, it is prepared as presentation file. In general, we present project management that aim at carrying on 2nd dimension and passing to 3rd dimension.
After-Sales Support
Presales
Our company staff which acts in accordance with sales procedure, addresses 3 types of structure. This includes dealers, customers referred by call center, and customers depending on incoming call. Relevant sales department official determines what the demand is before sales, and what kind of applications he will make. According to this, correct guiding and online answering process begin. Presales concepts are realized with demand, guiding, survey, project designing and estimated budget presentation.
Support and Maintenance
Our after-sales staff fills out shipping delivery mounting written record from internal procedures and sends to the relevant unit (production planning). This provides determination of shortages and occurred faults if available and reprogramming after-sales service shortages and detailed solutions. At the end of all sales-mounting procedures, our relevant personnel is detailed delivery subjects with our customer and acceptance delivery is realized. After all sales, our company team of mobile service goes to our customers for post-assembly work and makes the necessary within 15 + 30 days. It writes to relevant shipping- assembly written records and sends to after-sales unit.
